Beef Doenjang jjigae made by NickyHD

This is a staple in our home. Either Doenjang Jiggae or Doenjang Guk. We love both. When I first started cooking Korean I was skeptical about doenjang and bought a tiny tub which stayed in the fridge a good while before I cautiously and sniffingly opened it, finally ready to brave this unchartered culinary territory. Currently I have 2 x 3kg tubs in the fridge. Jaeraesik for preference.
