I have been staring a long time at my Bu-chu patch outside. I had the energy today to tackle this amazing recipe. It was so simple. My husband who is from South Korea was so impressed. He kept saying how good it was. That made my day. Thanks Maangchi for helping me make something so special for my husband. He misses home.❤️
